We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse will not be refunded/ cancelled unless it has non-repairable manufacturing damages

Product Quality and Return Policy

In the rare event that you receive a product from us in unsatisfactory condition – whether it’s damaged, defective, or different from your order – please take prompt action to safeguard your rights. Immediately contact Navin Plastic Tech via our Customer Care hotline at +91 78458 55690 or email us at customercare@navinplastic.com. We encourage you to refuse the delivery of the product as well. Additionally, it’s crucial to notify us so that we can address the matter with the shipping agent.

Hidden defects should also be reported upon discovery, irrespective of your warranty rights, to allow us to assert any claims against our suppliers. Should you wish to return the product within 72 hours from the date of delivery, it should be unused, in its original packaging with all contents, labels, and seals intact. We are unable to accept returned products without these conditions being met, or if they have been altered or damaged.

  • Do not accept delivery if you notice visible or deep damage. Contact customer care if you discover damage upon opening the package.
  • Products damaged during use are not eligible for refunds or replacements (product warranty will be addressed with the respective brand or service centre).
  • For products received in poor condition, we may repair or replace them as per warranty terms, subject to availability.
  • If a product is returned in a damaged/defective condition, we will refund applicable shipping charges.

Please note that assembled or installed products cannot be returned or replaced, except for manufacturing defects, which will be repaired under standard warranty terms.

Return and Exchange Procedure

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your product, please contact our Customer Care, adhering to our stated policy. We will coordinate a courier pickup from your delivery address and process your return/exchange once we receive the products in unused condition and their original packaging, along with the invoice. Please retain the docket number provided during the product collection for future reference. Please be aware that if the return does not align with Navin Plastic Tech’s policy, we may withhold any replacement or refund of the payment made.

Refund Process

Your refund will be initiated upon receiving the product in its original condition. We’ll issue the refund through the same payment method used. If you paid by Credit Card or net banking, the refund will go to that account; for payments by Cheque, a cheque will be sent to your billing address. Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days. If you paid by Cheque, it might take a bit longer for the cheque to reach your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account upon deposit.
